Designed and implemented a more effective internal online marketing process for the Microsoft Partner website in replace of a process that was unsuccessful in quickly responding to urgent market needs.

Challenge:

To mobilize people across departments and functions to support a new and radical internal online marketing process.

  • Considered all input and evangelized the powerful ideas and opportunities that were raised.
  • Created an entrepreneurial atmosphere within department that encouraged fresh thinking.

Results:

New internal, online marketing process was assessed, created, broadly communicated and implemented in organization within one month.
