Managed full redesign of MSN Careers (2003) on the MSN.com network, including information architecture and usability studies, to design wire framing and editorial strategy.

Challenge:

To incorporate the business needs of CareerBuilder, a tier-one MSN content partner, in redesign effort.

Action:

  • Assessed and balanced needs of external business partners with those of online audiences to implement compelling online marketing communications that deliver measurable business results.
  • Designed and executed programming plans for promotions, sponsorships and features.
  • Interacted closely with creative teams to develop layout, content, features, design, promotions and landing pages to drive customer retention and loyalty.

Results:

  • Redesigned site hit and exceeded all pay-for-performance caps in licensing contracts with content partners.
  • Ensured contract extension with CareerBuilder based on outstanding results.
